Terms of Use
On this page
1. Provider identification
RAIDADOS is an independent game community. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Facepunch Studios, Valve Corporation, or Discord Inc.
2. Acceptance and versions
By creating an account on the website, opening a Discord ticket, or completing a purchase, you declare that you have read and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Server Rules. In those three cases the acceptance is recorded.
Playing on the game server means accepting the Server Rules and these Terms, published at raidados.top; there is no acceptance screen in game, so no individual acceptance is recorded in that case.
Each document carries an identified version (for example, tos-2026-09-12). We record which version you accepted, when, and in which context (sign-up, ticket, or checkout). When we publish a new version that changes your rights or obligations, we will ask you to accept it again before you continue using the affected parts of the service.
3. What the service is
The service has three parts:
- The Rust game server "RAIDADOS 2X": free, open to anyone who meets the requirements of these Terms.
- The Discord server: account verification, support tickets, announcements, map voting, and community.
- The raidados.top website: information, profile, statistics, rankings, and the sale of Scrapcoins.
The game Rust is sold by Facepunch Studios; you need a valid copy of the game, which we do not provide. The server is unofficial.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from faults, preservation of progress, or that the server will exist indefinitely.
4. Minimum age
The minimum age to use the service is 16. By accepting these Terms you declare that you are at least that age.
If we learn that an account belongs to someone below the minimum age, we will end that access and delete the data we are not required to keep. We do not use that information for any other purpose. Reports about under-age accounts can be sent by ticket or to support@raidados.top.
5. Account, verification and responsibility
Access to features that depend on identity (VIP, weighted voting, tickets, personal rankings) requires linking your Discord account to your Steam account. You start the link yourself: you request a code on Discord and type it in the game.
One Steam ID can be linked to a single Discord account, and vice versa. You are responsible for everything that happens on your accounts. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account. Accounts obtained from third parties, family-shared accounts, and accounts created to evade sanctions may be blocked.
To undo the link, open a ticket.
6. Conduct rules
The Server Rules are an integral part of these Terms. They cover cheating, ban evasion, group limits, conduct in chat and on Discord, and responsibility for your team. Breaking them is breaking these Terms.
Beyond the Rules, it is forbidden to: attempt unauthorised access to our infrastructure; automate requests to the website beyond normal use; use the RAIDADOS brand in a way that suggests an official relationship; and resell or advertise third-party goods or services in our channels without authorisation.
7. Scrapcoins and VIP
What you buy is Scrapcoins, the server's virtual currency, credited to a wallet attached to your Discord account. A Scrapcoin is good for one thing only: activating VIP time on this server. It has no cash value, is never converted into money outside the refund set out in the Refund Policy, is not transferable between accounts, and never expires: it does not lapse and is not lost to inactivity.
The only way a Scrapcoin can benefit someone else is by gifting VIP. You name a verified player, your coins are consumed, and the VIP is credited to their account immediately; there is no offer to accept, no window to answer in, and no gift that comes back. A gift is still your purchase: you are our customer for it, and the Refund Policy applies to you, not to the recipient.
VIP is activated out of the wallet: you choose the tier and how many days, and the store shows the cost in coins before you confirm. Below 30 days a flat daily rate applies; from 30 days up the monthly rate applies to the whole period, so a month never costs more than 29 days. VIP++ costs twice what VIP costs, at every length. The current table is on the purchase page.
While it is active, VIP grants:
- weight 2 in the map vote (only verified players may vote: verified 1, VIP 2, VIP++ 3);
- a building removal command with a limited quota (limits published on the site and configurable);
- priority in the server join queue;
- a coloured Discord role;
- a name colour in chat and in the in-game rankings.
VIP++ is the same VIP one step up, activated for twice the coins. It grants everything above, plus weight 3 in the map vote and the in-game /sil command, which puts an image from a link onto a sign the player owns. It is not a separate membership: a VIP++ member is a VIP member as well, and the two periods are counted separately — a plain VIP activation extends only the VIP period, a VIP++ activation extends both.
VIP does not grant: any Facepunch paid content (DLC, official skins); immunity from the Rules; priority in the handling of tickets or disputes; administrative powers; items, resources, or direct combat advantages.
VIP time runs continuously from activation, including while you are offline and including during wipes, maintenance, and outages. We may change the set of benefits if one of them becomes unworkable (for example, because Facepunch changes its rules); in that case we replace the benefit with an equivalent one or credit back to your wallet the Scrapcoins matching the VIP time left.
8. Payments, cancellation and refunds
Payments (PIX and cards) are processed by Stripe. We do not store card data or PIX keys.
Prices are shown and charged in the currency of your country: reais in Brazil, US dollars elsewhere in the Americas and euros in the rest of the world. The country is that of the connection that verified your account, or that of your first visit to the store; it is recorded on the account and only support changes it, at your request.
Purchase conditions, the 7-day right of withdrawal, the rule for refunding coins not spent, and support deadlines are in the Refund Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
9. Sanctions, bans and appeal
We may warn, mute, kick, suspend, or ban accounts that break these Terms or the Rules. We take into account severity, repetition, and the available evidence.
No permanent ban is applied solely by an automated decision. Automated tools may kick, temporarily suspend, or flag an account for review, but the decision to ban permanently is always taken and confirmed by a member of the team, and the ban record names who confirmed it.
You may appeal any sanction by opening an appeal ticket. Whenever possible, the review is carried out by an administrator who did not take the original decision. You are entitled to know the reason for the sanction; we may withhold detection details whose disclosure would compromise the effectiveness of our anti-cheat protection.
Bans applied on any server of the RAIDADOS network apply across the whole network.
10. Monitoring and data
The game server records sessions, combat events, resource gathering, map positions, and chat messages; chat is also mirrored to a Discord channel. The website and the bots record IP addresses for security, hashed at collection; the only address kept in raw form is the one recorded with your acceptance of the legal documents. All of this is described, with purpose, legal basis, and retention period, in the Privacy Policy.
We do not record voice audio.
11. Intellectual property and no affiliation
The plugins, scripts, texts, visual identity, and the name RAIDADOS are ours. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them commercially without written authorisation.
Content you create in the game or send in our channels remains yours; you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and moderate it as needed to operate the service.
Rust is a trademark of Facepunch Studios. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. We have no relationship with any of them.
12. Availability, wipes and limitation of liability
Wipes are part of the game: the map is erased every Saturday at 13:00 UTC and every Tuesday at 22:00 UTC (10:00 and 19:00 in Brasília), plus the first Thursday of each month at 19:00 UTC, and blueprints are erased along with it every 14 days and on Facepunch forced updates. Losing bases, items, and progress in a wipe is the expected operation of the service, not a fault.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of progress, items, playtime, opportunity, or profit arising from downtime, technical failure, wipes, game updates, the actions of other players, or moderation decisions. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights that the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code grants to consumers, in particular regarding the paid service, whose liability is dealt with in the Refund Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. Material changes are announced on Discord and on the website at least 7 days in advance and receive a new version, with a new acceptance recorded. If you do not agree with the new version, you may stop using the service and request a refund of the Scrapcoins you have not spent, as set out in the Refund Policy.
14. Governing law and forum
Brazilian law applies, in particular the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990), the Internet Civil Framework (Law 12.965/2014), and the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018).
In consumer relations, the consumer is guaranteed the forum of their own domicile under art. 101, I of the CDC. We do not elect a forum that restricts that right.
15. Contact
Questions, requests, and complaints: Discord ticket or support@raidados.top. We answer formal requests within 5 days, through the same channel in which they were received.
This is a translation. The original is the Brazilian Portuguese (PT-BR) version; if the versions diverge, the Portuguese version prevails.
